Below are some of the questions the team at Fudge Fancies have been asked, including ones about us, our lovely fudge and our general terms and conditions. What are the ingredients in your products?

A more detailed ingredient list for each individual product can be found in the online shop but all our fudge contains milk, soya and may contain traces of nuts. Our Cappuccino, Milk Chocolate with Cinnamon and our Milk Chocolate, Chashew Nut and Raisin flavour may contain wheat. The Dark Chocolate and Crystallised Ginger flavour contains gluten.Some fancies do not contain gluten directly, I must stress they are made in a kitchen where there may be gluten product traces. As all our fudge is hand made there will be some slight variation in size, however this will be very marginal.

How often will you be adding new flavours?

Our fudge connoisseur, Michael is always busy in the Fudge Fancies kitchen creating new flavours, he is currently busy perfecting Bakewell Tart, so keep an eye on our online shop for more details. You can also sign up to our Fudge Newsletter or blog to ensure you are the first to know when the new flavours are launched!

How long will it keep?

We recomend Fudge Fancies to be comsumed within 4 weeks of purchase.

How much does delivery cost?

We only charge what it costs us to deliver. Prices start from just £1.96 for a box of 4. Check out our delivery page for more information.

Where do you deliver too?

We deliver around the world. Postage costs apply and covered by buyer. Please add a product to checkout to calculate shipping costs.

What are the terms of your delivery?

All orders are dispatched first class by Royal Mail. Postal prices are standard Royal Mail charges plus a small handling fee to cover the extra weight and cost of packaging. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays as well Public Bank holidays. Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from us with sufficient time to prevent loss or disappointment resulting from non-shipment.

How long will delivery take?

We endeavour to process your order the same or next day of purchase and therefore aim to deliver your order within 5 days of purchase, however as our fudge is made to order so please allow up to 7 days delivery time. Please bear this in mind when ordering to avoid disappointment.

How are orders processed?

All orders are accepted when we receive payment via credit / debit card. Currently we only accept payment through PayPal. PayPal is one of the easiest and safest ways to send payments online, and you don’t even need to sign up. We reserve the right at anytime prior to acceptance to refuse any order, or request further information to process the order.

Do you have a refund policy?

We don’t like unhappy customers at Fudge Fancies as we always try to provide product of the highest quality, however, in the unlikely situation that you aren’t happy with our product contact our team and we will refund the the cost of purchase and delivery charge where deemed necessary.

Do you provide for special occasions?
