After Dinner Mint

What better way to finish a dinner party then with this classic treat. Rich Dark Chocolate covered fudge infused with peppermint and topped off with a chocolate mint stick.

Ingredients

Granulated sugar, Double cream, Butter, Milk, Dark Chocolate (28.4%) [Sugar, Coco Butter, Butter fat, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin’s) Natural Flavourings), Mint Sticks (3.2%), Milk Chocolate [Sugar, Coco Butter, Skimmed milk powder, Whey powder, Coco mass, Vegetable fat, Emulsifier (Soya lecithin’s) glucose syrup

Local Business Accelerator Final

Well after thousands of entries across the country I’ve made it down to the last 12 and in with a shot to have Deborah Meaden as a business mentor for a year. I’m representing the North East of England and couldn’t be more proud.

The final is to be held in London at the end of next Mouth. The last time I was there I was working 12 hour shifts as a plasterer in a pair of scruffy overhauls. This time I’ll be in a dinner jacket. I still have to pinch myself that this is all happening.

This is a brilliant boost for Fudge Fancies, even if I don’t win, but a 12 to 1 shot isn’t bad odds so who knows.
