Granulated sugar, Double Cream, Butter, Milk, White Chocolate (28.8%), [Sugar, Milk Powder,Cocoa Butter, Butter Fat [Soya Lecithin's), Natural Flavourings] Meringue (1.8%), [Sugar, Pasterised Egg White] Natural colourings, Vegetable oil.

I have to say the Eton mess is my favourite, as you get the soft texture with crunchy meringue, and the flavours are subtle and not overpowering, the combination is definitely a winner for me. Local Business Accelerator Final

Well after thousands of entries across the country I’ve made it down to the last 12 and in with a shot to have Deborah Meaden as a business mentor for a year. I’m representing the North East of England and couldn’t be more proud.

The final is to be held in London at the end of next Mouth. The last time I was there I was working 12 hour shifts as a plasterer in a pair of scruffy overhauls. This time I’ll be in a dinner jacket. I still have to pinch myself that this is all happening.

This is a brilliant boost for Fudge Fancies, even if I don’t win, but a 12 to 1 shot isn’t bad odds so who knows.
