Sticky Toffee Pudding

Possibly one of the greatest ever British puddings, our Sticky Toffee Pudding fudge is a favourite with those of you with a sweet tooth! A dark chocolate fudge mixed with dates and raisons and caramel and covered in creamy milk chocolate.

Ingredients

Granulated Sugar, Double Cream, Butter, Milk, White Chocolate (13.4%) [Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Butterfat (Milk) Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin's), Natural Flavourings], Dark Chocolate (13.4%) [Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Butterfat, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin's), Natural Flavourings], Dried Dates (6.7%), Raisons (2%), Invert Sugar Syrup, Full Cream, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Plain Caramel, Natural Flavouring, Vegetable Oil.

Local Business Accelerator Final

Well after thousands of entries across the country I’ve made it down to the last 12 and in with a shot to have Deborah Meaden as a business mentor for a year. I’m representing the North East of England and couldn’t be more proud.

The final is to be held in London at the end of next Mouth. The last time I was there I was working 12 hour shifts as a plasterer in a pair of scruffy overhauls. This time I’ll be in a dinner jacket. I still have to pinch myself that this is all happening.

This is a brilliant boost for Fudge Fancies, even if I don’t win, but a 12 to 1 shot isn’t bad odds so who knows.
